Instruction in safety rules, proper procedures and precautions, safety consciousness, and accident prevention is the responsibility of the employee's immediate supervisor.
New employees should be given the above information as it relates to their particular assignment as part of the orientation process. Each supervisor should review all aspects of safety with his employees at the beginning of the school year and at other times when needed.
Safety Inspection
All equipment and work areas must be regularly inspected and all necessary precautions necessary made to eliminate work hazards.
