District-Provided Access to
Electronic Information, Services, and Networks for Employees
Use of District-Provided Network Resources
Employees utilizing district-provided access to Local Area Networks (LAN) or Wide Area Networks (WAN) must receive clearance from their principal in local school settings or department head in system-wide sites. All participating employees, both certified and classified, are responsible for professional behavior on-line. Access to network services will be provided based on the need to fulfill job responsibilities.
School site administrators or personnel authorized by the superintendent may review files and communications to maintain system integrity and insure that employees are using the system responsibly. Files stored on district servers are not private nor will they be maintained indefinitely.
