The Superintendent will not assign any certificated or non-certificated employee to any school or department where that employee would be a subordinate or superordinate of their current or former wife, husband, father, mother, sister, son, daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, or brother-in-law, niece, nephew, or first cousin.
If one of the above relationships originates during a school year, the superordinate or subordinate will be re-assigned to another school or department at a time which would cause the least disruption in the school or program but no later than the following school year.
