CRITERIA FOR PERFECT ATTENDANCE AWARD
Each full-time employee having perfect attendance will receive a cash award that will be determined by the budgeted amount, divided by the total number of eligible employees. The amount awarded per employee will not exceed $100.
Criteria: Employees must not use sick leave or any unpaid absences.
10 month and 10.5 month employees (certified and support staff) must be present every workday. Paid leave (required job related conferences) approved by the Superintendent will not be counted as an absence.
11 month and 12 month employees (certified and support staff) must be present every workday, except annual leave or vacation days. Paid leave (required job related conferences) approved by the Superintendent will not be counted as an absence.
System-wide and school level administrative staff are not eligible for this award.
