After a permit from the Superintendent or his designee has been granted for the use of a school building, school nutrition facilities may be used subject to the following conditions:
Principals may authorize use of the nutrition facilities on a limited basis in cooperation with school support organizations, i.e., PTAs, athletic booster organizations, or "open house" activities that are school sponsored.
When preparation of food is necessary, school cafeteria employees shall be used and paid the existing daily rate or the overtime rate as applicable to wage and hour regulations.
