All other organizations desiring to use school facilities must apply to the Director of Facilities Services for a rental permit. If the rental is approved, a contract will be issued.
Permits must be secured and fees paid prior to the use of the facility.
Fees charged shall be sufficient to pay for utilities and any custodial services required. Use of school equipment, PA systems, etc., is not included in the rental agreement.
For meetings held on school property, the principal or his designated representative shall be present.
