TECHNOLOGY
SUPPORT SERVICES
Technology
Support Services department comprises of several
teams that work in-tandem to deliver customer-centric
technical support services. The Service Desk serves
as 1st tier technical assistance for district offices
while it provides 2nd and 3rd tier technical support
to school personnel. The Desktop Support team facilitates
repair services to each school and district office’s
computing equipment via our new On-Site Service program
or in our technology workshop. Server Support team
members provide front and back-end support for the
Bookkeeping, Nutrition, and Library systems. Support
for 1st tier networking incidents are handled by
the Network Support team.
These
teams currently work in-step with other SCS Technology
divisions to support over 15,000 pieces of computing
equipment.
