The Patricia R. Ashcraft Woodland Trails has been created adjacent to the small circle. This rustic area is designed for the teachers to take their classes out and teach the simple environmental lessons. It includes a pawpaw patch, an orchard, a meadow area, and bluebird homes. We are currently adding native wildflowers in this area. The area is equipped with benches and a gazebo for a better teaching environment. A new muscadine arbor has been added.
We are proud of this area.
