Our mission is to provide all primary grade children with a safe, nurturing environment, endowed with the proper tools to promote academic achievement coupled with good decision making through innovative educational strategies.

At Highland Oaks Primary School we believe that:

• Developing positive relationships, displaying cooperative behavior and exhibiting mutual respect for the school family will encourage the students to become understanding individuals.
  
• The faculty will participate in professional development programs to incorporate innovative concepts in the classroom.
  
• Above all, parents, students, teachers, staff, administrators and community members share responsibility for providing an environment, which supports the mission, beliefs and vision of our school.
