Lakeland Elementary is located in northeast Shelby County.

From Bartlett (Stage Road & Germantown Pkwy), go north on Germantown Parkway and turn right at Highway 70 (Summer Avenue), going east. Turn right on Seed Tick Rd. after the Lakeland City Hall. Continue straight after stopping at the stop sign at Memphis-Arlington Road. Lakeland Elementary is on the left at 10050 Oak Seed Lane.

From Arlington, go west on Highway 70, past Lamb Rd. (Arlington Middle is located there) and continue towards Bartlett until you turn left on Seed Tick Rd. If using the interstate or Paul Barret Parkway, take the Arlington exit and continue to Highway 70, then follow the directions given above.

 From the Interstate, go I-40 east towards Nashville to Canada Road (EXIT 20). Turn left on Canada Road and cross over I-40, turn right on Huff 'N Puff Road. Continue on Huff 'N Puff Road and it will become Seed Tick Road. Turn right on Oak Seed Lane.
