Yellow Butterfly Kindergarten Pre-Registration Green Butterfly

 

Kindergarten Pre-Registration will be held at Lakeland Elementary School the week of April 28th - May 2nd. Parents will need to bring the following items to register their child for Kindergarten for the upcoming 2008-2009 school year:

1. Birth Certificate (a certified copy -- NOT the Mother's copy)

2. A permanent Tennessee Physical and Immunization Card (green form) or a Temporary Tennessee Certificate of Immunization.

3. Social Security Card

4. Proof of Residence (your mortgage or rental agreement and a current MLG&W bill)

Those who pre-register will still need to come to regular registration on August 5th to deal with other matters such as supplies, lunch, and transportation. Proof of residency will need to be verified again at that time.

The Parent Orientation Meeting will be held on April 28, 2008, at 6 pm in the Cafeteria.
