Location
The school is located at 1155 Sycamore Road. Sycamore runs parallel to Byhalia, a main thoroughfare in Collierville. Sycamore Elementary School is located on an 18 acre site, adjacent to Estanaula Trails subdivision.
Sycamore Elementary School serves the residents of the rapidly growing communities in south and west Collierville and southeast Shelby County. The two-story building provides sixty-four (64) teaching stations which include one computer lab, two (2) science labs, two (2) music classrooms, two art room, plus a gymnasium. A school-wide wireless computer data network is provided. Every instructional space has Internet access.
The library and administrative offices are located in the center of the building to provide easy access for students and parents. The cafeteria includes a platform area for programs and performances.
Passenger car and bus traffic is separated on the campus for safety.
