Summer Counseling, New Student Registration, Driver's Permit Form Request


New Student Registration Dates & Hours

If necessary, contact counselors only by email as listed at the bottom of this page.
New students are allowed to register during the summer on MONDAYS ONLY.
They may register between the hours of 7:30-11:30 AM beginning June 15.
We estimate that it takes 45 minutes to register a student.

Our office will close JULY 27th in order to prepare for the upcoming school year.
NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER BETWEEN JULY 27TH AND AUGUST 3rd.
NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION WILL BE AUGUST 4th IN THE CAFETERIA FROM 2PM-6PM.

Please make sure that you bring all required materials listed below with you when you plan to register your student.
We require that you have all documents to complete early registration - NO EXCEPTIONS

To register, you must have the following information:
1. Final report card or transcript from previous high school. (8th grade report card must show that the student was promoted to the 9th grade)
2. Custody Papers - Mandatory if the student does not live with both biological parents.
3. Two Proofs of Residency - Only the following items will be accepted:  
MLGW bill or turn-on receipt, NO CUT OFF NOTICES
current mortgage information
lease agreement
real estate receipt
sales contract
housing letter from the military
Current Dates Only
4. Shot record
5. Birth certificate

Rising 11th graders may email any of the counselors listed below until Mrs. Schmitt returns from maternity leave on July 27th.
