Welcome to Elmore Park Middle School,
History records that we are the second middle school
designed for this Bartlett area. When the doors of our
school opened in August, 1993, our school was
transformed from an elementary school organization to an older middle school organization of soaring Blue and Green Eagles. As Eagles this means that we will communicate high expectations for our students to arise to the challenges in this their new school environment nest.
It is hoped that the students will continue to develop a strong work ethic and that a new passion for learning and excelling will also be ignited. As their teachers and parents, our combined interactions with them in this development will be crucial.
For this reason, Elmore Park Middle School now introduces itself to you as a community school whose doors are always open. All of our parent and community leaders are invited to participate in the educational process. Whether you are active PTSA members, resource speakers at school-related activities, chaperones for field trips, invited guests at concerts, plays or talent shows or volunteers in out clinic, this school needs your involvement. Remember, educating today’s youth in this everchanging world will take all of us working together.
You are invited to help make this the best school year yet! To each of you who will join this educational partnership, I say again, Welcome!
Yours for Educational Excellence,
Marjorie Lowe

Assistant Principal
I am very excited to join the Elmore Park Middle School family and look forward to the work we will do together in helping our students soar to higher heights of success during the 2010-2011 school year. Eleanor Roosevelt once said, 'It is today that we create the world of the future'. Working together we can help shape the personal, social and academic future of our children by challenging them individually, calling each to a higher level of achievement and expecting excellent performance. In so doing, we can be the change agent for a child, helping them achieve their personal best.
Among other duties this year, I will be responsible for attendance, discipline, transportation and textbook coordination. If you have questions, concerns or need assistance with these areas, you can reach me from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at 373-2642, or via email at b1wade@scsk12.org.
I look forward to working in partnership with you this year for the success of our EPMS Eagles.

I am grateful for the
opportunity to join the Elmore
Park Middle School community, and I look forward to working with the students, faculty, parents, and staff to achieve another victorious year for the Eagles. I recognize the fact that our children are of diverse qualities, abilities, and needs, and I am ready to contribute – to the best of my ability – in meeting their individual needs. Hence, I strongly support the notion that all children can learn to the best of their potential, and that every child must be given equal opportunity to grow academically and socially, and gain transformative experiences during the process of their middle school education.
I have the opportunity here at Elmore Park Middle School to become involved in various assignments, some of which include testing, scheduling and various other student activities.
Whenever you have suggestions, concerns, or questions, you may reach me at 373-2642 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. I may also be reached via e-mail at mkeita@scsk12.org.
Thank you
