Accurate information presented in a well written manner that is easily comprehended, yet concise. Terms defined as needed.

Mechanics Less than 75 lines in length, font size and/or margins violated and/or more than 5 spelling/ grammatical errors. Proper length for report but includes 1-4 spelling/grammatical errors. All requirements met in terms of length, etc. No errors. Extra effort devoted to presentation of report. Captures the eye. Makes you want to read it.
