Supreme Court Decisions

Many times the Supreme Court of the United States has had to refer to the Constitution to solve cases on individual rights. You are going to examine a few of these cases. In this assignment you are to:

Write a brief historical background of the case
Tell which Constitutional Right was being addressed
Report the decision made by the Supreme Court
Opinion on whether or not you feel that the framers' original context was interpreted in the way in which they intended. Why or why not?
