Unified District Training Listed by Role

Rubric Surveys: The unified district will use the TEM 3.0 teacher evaluation model for the 2013-14 school year. Selected SCS and MCS teachers and observers have been working together to revise and test various elements of the unified evaluation system before it is implemented district-wide. Teachers and school administrators are asked to complete the following surveys before April 26, 2013.

● TEM Rubric Survey: You can review the latest draft of the TEM 3.0 rubric (Click Here). The rubric is based largely on MCS’s current TEM 2.0 version with some revisions to streamline and clarify the language. Please review the TEM 3.0 draft and provide your feedback and suggestions here: (Click Here to Leave Feedback and Suggestions).

● Professionalism Survey: You can review the latest draft of the TEM 3.0 Professionalism component (Click Here). This component will replace MCS’s current 5% Content Knowledge portion of the TEM. It is based on a portion of Shelby County’s current TEAM observation rubric. Please review the Professionalism component and provide your feedback and suggestions here: (Click Here to Leave Feedback and Suggestions).
