The AP Virtual Academy located at 3030 Jackson Ave., Memphis TN, 38112 provides synchronous, virtual AP courses to schools throughout the Memphis-Shelby County Schools (MSCS) to increase equity and access to AP courses and college credit.

This virtual platform leverages MSCS technology and a hybrid bell schedule to provide students with synchronous AP course instruction that they cannot access at their homeschool, because the course is not offered, or scheduling conflicts exist. Currently, the AP Virtual Academy offers AP English Language and Composition, AP English Literature and Composition, AP Gov't and Politics, AP U.S. History, AP Computer Science Principles, and AP Computer Science A.
