Course Objectives: Offers teachers a chance to examine all of their responsibilities to build a balanced schedule that works for their needs based on the urgency and importance of tasks.

Analyze how time is spent relative to key responsibilities.
Plan and use tools to track tasks, manage relationships, and decrease stress.
