Classroom Teacher(s), School Counselor and School Responsibilities The goal for students receiving homebound instruction is to return to the school setting when possible. Academic needs of each student should be met through the collaboration of all parties to assure the best opportunity for success. The following parties are involved in the placement, instruction and day-to-day communication required to ensure that every student receives appropriate homebound services.
