CUSTOMER SERVICE W.O.R.K.S.

SCS takes pride in serving our families, students and community. In support of Board Policy #0025, we’ve created the 5-Star Service Award to recognize hard-working employees in our schools across the District who go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service.

NOMINATE YOUR SCHOOL!

Schools can be nominated each month for the award based on five core values of customer service:

  • Welcoming Environment
  • Orderly Environment
  • Respectful & Responsive Communication
  • Knowledgeable Staff
  • Sensitive & Sincere Interaction

After evaluating submissions each month, members of the selection committee will make unannounced visits to score schools based on the scoring indicators (view indicators in Spanish). Up to three schools can win each month. Winning schools will receive prizes and be recognized at monthly principals meeting and on the SCS website.
