In alignment with the District's devotion to create a better future in Memphis and Shelby County, MSCS is calling on dedicated professionals to take part in the Aspiring Leadership Fellowship Program (ALFP). The ALFP is designed to enhance core competencies, challenge and motivate participants to share ideas and forge professional relationships.

Applicants can be internal or external and must have a minimum of three years in an eligible role. The following groups are eligible to apply to the program:
