Greetings Parents, Scholars, Guardians and Community Members:

It is with honor and great pleasure that I greet you as the new Principal of Bruce Elementary School. Bruce Elementary has enjoyed tremendous success as a beacon of academic excellence under the leadership of Mrs. Martha West. The results have not materialized by mere chance. It has been through the hard work, dedication, and partnerships that have existed between school staff, parents, community members, and the most important stakeholders in the equation, the scholars. This formula for success is what has embraced me from the very beginning when I walked through the doors of our facility. I am humbled and most appreciative of the opportunity presented to me to become a member of this educational family.

Together, we will accomplish continued success by setting high academic expectations for all faculty and scholars and by providing supportive systems to ensure these expectations are met. It is my goal to provide an extraordinary education, an inspiring learning environment and caring adults for all of our scholars. Working together as a team with our staff and parents, we will ensure that each scholar achieves their very best. My vision for Bruce is simple, to create a college-going culture with high-level content knowledge through rigorous instruction.

I am honored to lead a team of such dedicated educators who are committed to ensuring that each Bruce Elementary School Bulldog reaches his or her potential and is prepared to contribute to the success and vitality of our community. I look forward to the exchange of ideas as we all work in harmony much like a symphony to create educational masterpieces for many years to come. Always Believe in Bruce!
