Athlete's Health Form

All athletes are required to have a current health form on file before participating in athletics.  Print this form out and take it to your doctor with you.  Return the completed form to your coach.


NCAA Eligibility Center

NCAA initial-eligibility academic standards are changing for student-athletes enrolling at an NCAA Division I university on or after August 1, 2016 (this year’s high school sophomore class and younger). A brief summary of the changes can be found here.  Also check out the Initial-Eligibility Resource Index, a new electronic tool that contains links to the NCAA Eligibiltiy Center's resources and presentations available free of charge.


Bryant Kite Memorial Foundation

The mission of the Bryant Kite Memorial Foundation is to give strength and courage to those affected by a loss of a loved one; to keep his spirit strong and ever present; to educate teenagers on safety awareness; and to provide scholarship support to students who best exemplify the outstanding qualities exhibited by Bryant during his time on Earth.
