The 13 Expressions of Love Program is an opportunity to build relationships between County Commissioners and the people they serve.  Commissioner Willie F. Brooks, Jr.  visited with classrooms and read to students. El Programa de las 13 Expresiones de Amor es una oportunidad para crear relaciones entre los Comisionados del Distrito y la gente a cuales ellos sirven. El Comisionador Willie F.
