The mission of Kirby High School is to create an environment that produces an opportunity for all students to become life-long learners and productive citizens of sound character.  Students will learn to read with comprehension, write with clarity, compute with accuracy, think, reason, and use information to solve problems.

The Vision of Kirby High School is to create a school culture that promotes college and career readiness for all students through focused and rigorous classroom instruction in a school environment that expects progressive results from the entire school community.
