Community

  • Strong partnership with Mt. Vernon Church and their mentoring organization, Chosen Ones
  • Scholars offer support to four community events yearly (carnival, Non-violence rally, World AIDS Day, annual cleanup campaign)
  • Hosted Alumni Coat Drive, distributed more than 60 coats, hats, and gloves to students in need
