MATH

White Station High School won the 12th place WORLDWIDE for the National Assessment & Testing 2016 Fall Start Up Event. Kevin Luo won third place in the 9th Grade.

In the recent published TMTA 2016 contest awards, White Station High claimed the following:

State Top Ten

  • Calculus & Advanced Topics: 2 students (6th, 8th)
  • Statistics: 1 student (jointed first place)
  • Pre-Calculus: 1 student (4th place)

West Tennessee

  • Calculus & Advanced Topics: 6 students (2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 8th & 9th)
  • Statistics: 5 Students (1st, 3rd, 5th, 6th & 7th)
  • Pre-Calculus: 2 students (2nd & 6th)
  • Algebra II: 1 students (7th)

This year WSHS Art Department entered the maximum of 8 works in the Delta Fair Art contest and all 8 placed--first year ever! Here's the winner's list:
