• Currently serve as an MSCS employee:

  - Education assistants

  - Special education assistants

  - Teachers on permit/waiver

  - Job-embedded positions

  - Substitute teachers

• Have at least a Bachelors Degree form a Regional Accredited Institution
• Have at least a 2.75 GPA
• Submit an official or unofficial transcript from a Regional Accredited Institution
• Submit Praxis scores
• Provide permission for a principal recommendation
