MSCS believes it is vitally important for all employees to have a clear understanding of job performance expectations coupled with ongoing meaningful, actionable feedback and support to promote employee engagement and success.<\/p>

Implementation of the non-instructional evaluation provides non-instructional employees regular, structured opportunities to receive feedback on job performance. Utilizing the performance evaluation process, supervisors provide feedback on a core set of established goals and competencies.<\/p>
