WHAT: SCS departments and business partners will provide hands-on, in person internships to SCS students 16 years of age and older. Students will be randomly selected via lottery from the application pool.

WHY: The internship program is designed to strengthen Post-Secondary Readiness for SCS students by providing opportunities to gain valuable workplace experience, explore career paths relative to their interests, and build relationships with industry experts. Participating interns will receive a stipend.

WHO: Seniors and Juniors from SCS high schools are encouraged to apply. Interns will be randomly selected via lottery from the application pool.

WHEN: Interns will be expected to report in-person to their worksite:

Spring Internship: February - May 2022

Summer Internship: June - July 2022

Monday through Thursday, for a minimum of 5 hours and a maximum of 10 hours per week.

If selected, students are required to attend soft skills training.
