Each year, the Tennessee Department of Education and Tennessee Education Research Alliance (TERA) gather this information to empower stakeholders and decision-makers across the state to better meet the needs of teachers.
Schools and districts with response rates greater than 45% will receive access to their aggregate survey data in May. TERA will be contacting schools with close to 45% participation with a goal of increasing response rates. Participation rates for schools are posted here. Schools with high staff participation rates will be eligible for one of six staff appreciation grants of $5,000.
Completion of this survey is voluntary and individual responses are confidential. The deadline for completion is April 14, 2023.
