A critical piece in determining graduation rate is ensuring graduate rosters are submitted to EIS. With the exception of Summer School graduates, the rosters must be complete and accurate by June 15, 2023. Procedures on completing and submitting EIS Grad data for the 2022-2023 school year are available on SharePoint.

Please share the memo with the Senior Counselors & Graduation Coordinators. Final graduate rosters, including Summer School, must be submitted to the SDE by August 4, 2023.

Instructions on how to distribute cumulative folders to the 2022-2023 graduates can be found on SharePoint. The title of the document is Distributing Cumulative Folders to Graduates.

DO NOT distribute cumulative folders to students who are not graduating or students who will receive a Special Education, Occupational or Alternate Academic diploma.

Special education students, who are aging out, can receive their cumulative folders.
