For Current Pre-K Students
The Assessment Department will be conducting summer screening sessions for Early Entrance Kindergarten placement. These screenings are designed to assess a child's academic and social-emotional readiness for kindergarten.

The Enrollment, Registration, and Attendance team is pleased to offer summer support to Multicultural/MSCS families for the upcoming school year. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process.
Enrollment Assistance with Bilingual Support Available:
We will have staff available to answer your questions and guide you through the registration process at the following Summer Enrollment hubs from June 10th through July 26th :

GEAR UP DAY is a district-wide registration event designed to provide in-person support to families with online registration and school choice guidance. This is a valuable opportunity for families to connect with school staff and ensure a smooth registration process for the upcoming school year.
We encourage you to promote GEAR UP DAY to your students and their families.
We're excited to announce that TEAM training is transitioning to the TeachALL platform. This transition will make accessing TEAM trainings simpler and more user friendly. TeachAll features include:
TeachALL is an intuitive and user-friendly platform designed to empower evaluators. The new platform is easy to access with your Single Sign On (SSO).

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
The Goal Setting Conference AND Mid-Year Conference should be completed in its entirety BEFORE completing the End-of-Year Conference in PLZ.
Note: Staff who have not completed the Goal-Setting Conference will need to do so.
The Mid-Year Conference is NOT required for NIE Partial plans and will not appear as a container to complete.

Rollover is coming! During the summer, we will begin our rollover process for the start of the 24-25 school year. As a result, dashboards will stop refreshing on 6/17 and will resume in August. New users and employees with new school assignments will not have access until rollover is complete.

Principals can give school staff members access through the PowerBI Access App. For more information about how to use the app, see this user guide
Student Support Services Health Promotions has provided FREE School-Based health screenings for the students of MSCS that are mandated by the state of TN. Our department provided free health screenings for 37,851 students in 201 schools!!! Screenings will be provided for Pre-K, K, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th & 9th grade classes as follows: Vision, Hearing, Blood Pressure, Height, Weight, and Scoliosis (6 grade girls and 8th grade boys only). Principals will receive their school’s individual health report card in the inner office mail. Attached is the districts overall health report card. June is Men’s Health Awareness month. Please join us in spreading awareness through our 9th annual men’s health event June 6th from 11am-1pm located at the BOE in the COE Auditorium. Our them is “MENtal Health Matters”. There will be vendors, giveaways, health screenings, fun and food during the event. Please see flyer for more details.
