Quarterly Advisor Meetings

Title I advisor meetings are held quarterly in a 2-hour block to provide the PLC Coaches with viable schoolwide implementation strategies and the use of Title I funds in a collaborative small group setting. This quarter agenda topics include:

• School-level Monitoring
• Title I Budget Justifications-APECS
• Title1Crate Documentation Uploads
• Semi-Annual Certifications

Title I advisors will share dates and PLZ session numbers via the Federal Programs Newsletter by the end of next week. 

Budget Analysis Meetings

Title I budget analysis meetings are held each month, via Teams, to review and monitor Title I spending. This time is dedicated to provide feedback and next steps to ensure each school utilizes their allocation for the current year.
