To ensure fair and organized access to district-managed stadiums, the following guidelines apply to all school-sponsored club sports. School sponsored club sports are sports approved by the Principal of the school but are not officially offered by the MSCIAA at the District Level. Examples would include but not limited to Flag Football, Lacrosse etc…

1. Scheduling & Availability
- The scheduling of competitions/scrimmages for stadiums is managed through the Athletics Office.
- Stadiums are available for rental through Facilitron and must be reserved in advance.
- The following stadiums are available for use during the week.
- BT Washington, Oakhaven, John P. Freeman, Bolton, and Germantown.
- The following stadiums are not available for weekly use due to in-season District Level Athletic Programming.
- Halle, Southwind, Ral-Egypt, Whitehaven, Kirby, Crump, Melrose, Cordova, and John. P. Freeman (soccer field area only).
- Weekend Requests: Sundays are available. Saturdays may be considered on a case-by-case basis (please reach out to the Athletics Office for more information).
2. Field Modifications & Usage Restrictions
- No alterations may be made to synthetic turf fields, including painting, or marking additional lines.
- Grass fields may be lined with the appropriate paint, but schools are responsible for any necessary field lining.
- At this time, no turf fields are available for lacrosse
3. Priority of Use
Athletics usage takes priority in the following order:
- MSCIAA District Level Competitions
- MSCIAA District Level Scrimmages with Officials
- MSCIAA District Level Athletic Practices
- School Club Sports
4. Expectations & Compliance
- Schools failing to follow stadium request procedures may face cancellation of contests.
- All individuals must adhere to the District’s clear bag entry policies and codes of conduct.
- No vehicles are permitted on the field or track at any time.
- Any form of fireworks is prohibited.
- Scoreboards, PA systems and Box & Chains are not available for use.
These guidelines have been established to help maintain the quality and availability of district stadiums for all programs. We appreciate your cooperation in following these procedures to support a positive experience for student-athletes across all levels.
