We are excited to announce that we have initiated a project to upgrade the equipment at track stadiums throughout the district. This investment has been made to ensure that your athletes have access to safe and modern equipment to enhance their training and preparation for competitions.

In order to maintain the quality and functionality of this new equipment, we kindly ask for your cooperation. It is important that after each use, the equipment is properly covered and secured. Please refrain from removing any padding, screws, knobs, strings, ties, or any other components that are essential to the equipment's operation. These seemingly small items play a crucial role in ensuring the equipment's effectiveness.

Your leadership and guidance are instrumental in fostering a culture of responsibility and respect among your students. By demonstrating proper behavior and expectations, you can encourage your athletes to follow suit.  We ask:

• Please support us in ensuring that all track equipment is properly stored and maintained after school.
• Please take pride in leaving the equipment and facility in better condition than you found it.
• If you notice any unauthorized use of the equipment or facilities, please report it immediately so we can protect these valuable resources.
• Please take responsibility for cleaning up after yourselves and your students when using the stadiums. Leaving the area tidy and free of trash not only shows respect for the facilities but also sets a positive example for others.
• Please be cordial and respectful towards other MSCIAA teams practicing with you by sharing equipment when needed.

If you notice any additional issues with the equipment, please notify us. Together, we can create a safe and conducive environment for all.
