Recording Attendance During TCAP and EOC

As TCAP and EOC testing approaches, please remember that daily attendance must still be recorded. School administrators should ensure there is a clear procedure in place to capture attendance for all students each day throughout the testing window. 

End-of-Year Attendance Tasks

As we prepare for end-of-year attendance responsibilities, please be reminded of the documents required for records retention: 

• Sign-in and sign-out sheets
• Absentee Report

These records must be clearly labeled, properly stored and retained for a minimum of five (5) years. 

Note: If Raptor is used for student sign-in, the relevant data should be printed and included in your records.
