2025-26 School Planning in InformTN has been postponed and will not open for school planning until June 1, 2025.  Additional information regarding training and work sessions will be forthcoming.

As the end of the school year quickly approaches, it’s time to begin preparing for the Title I closeout process. Please ensure that the End-of-Year Closeout Form and all required documentation are uploaded to Title1Crate by May 30, 2025.

Required Documentation:

• 2025–2026 Family Engagement Plan and supporting documentation
• 2025–2026 School-Parent Compact and supporting documentation
• Summer Equipment Checkout (include location of stored equipment)
• School-Level Monitoring Form (completed and signed)
• Summer 2025 Extended Learning Documentation (if applicable)

PLC Coaches and school-level planning teams for Title I and non-Title I schools will engage in learning and/or receiving a refresher on the requirements and updates for completing the Explore Data, Analyze Needs & Root Cause Analysis, Reflect to Plan, and Develop Plan sections of the school improvement plan.
