ASVAB Score Check
As part of the state’s data verification process for the College and Career Readiness component of state accountability, we have been asked to submit 2024-2025 school year ASVAB scores for the district. We receive ASVAB files regularly at the district level. However, occasionally, a school will have an ASVAB score report that we have not received at the district level.
During the current data verification window, we have been asked to submit all ASVAB scores from the 2024-2025 school year. The file posted on SharePoint here lists students who scored a 31 or higher on the ASVAB during the 2024-2025 school year based on our records. If there is a student who is not on the list who scored a 31 or higher on the ASVAB during the 2024-2025 school year, please send a score report for that student to assessment@scsk12.org no later than Thursday, August 7, so that we can include that record in the file we send to the state.
At this point in the process, we are only able to send ASVAB scores obtained during the 2024-2025 school year. Also, please only send score reports for students who scored a 31 or higher.

Grade Changes
Beginning with the 2025-2026 school year, grade changes for the current school year (Ex. 2025-2026 Q1-Q4, S1, S2, Y1, etc.) do not require submission and approval in Ivanti. Completed and signed Historical Change of Data forms must remain on site at the school. The forms should be available and accessible for district personnel upon request.
Changes to grades from a previous school year must be submitted in Ivanti. Once approved, schools can proceed with making the appropriate changes in PowerSchool. Corrections to credits earned do not require approval.

MSCS Compass Updates and New Releases
Our rollover process for the start of the 25-26 school year will be completed this week. Dashboards in the MSCS Compass will be available for the start of school. However, some dashboards may not be fully updated until the August 8th.
Be aware that with the start of school, some reports (like those in Student Attendance) may show “No Data” for some fields. This will resolve once that data is available in PowerSchool.
Any employees who do not get access to Power BI by default based on their role and have been added either by their Principal or DAIM staff will need to be re-added using the MSCS Compass Access App.
