
Customer Service W.O.R.K.S. Trainings
Do your forward-facing staff members need to replenish their “toolbox” with easy and practical ideas to provide excellent customer service? Do they want to improve customer confidence in your school as a service provider? We’ve got you! The Constituent Services Department will host monthly sessions of engaging and interactive content for the 2025-26 school year. This month we will explore practical ways to create a more inclusive, respectful, and welcoming environment for students, families, staff, and the community. “Creating a Welcoming Environment” will be offered on August 19th, August 20th, and August 21st (participants should attend ONE session).
