Q3 Progress Reports
The Q3 Progress Report period ends Wednesday, February 11, 2026. Q3 Progress Reports should be printed and handed to students to take home, Wednesday, February 11. Progress Reports are no longer required to be mailed. Parents will continue to be able to view the grades in the Parent Portal. The Q3 Progress Report Checklist will be available here. This document outlines the teacher and school office staff’s responsibilities for verifying and finalizing Q3 Progress Report grades. If you have any questions, please contact your assigned SIS Data Specialist/Analyst.

2026-2027 Master Scheduling Training
Master scheduling overview training with high school master scheduling teams (principal, master scheduler, counselors, etc.) is scheduled for Tuesday, February 3, from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the TLA Auditorium.

- As part of the monthly MSCS Compass Updates newsletter, the DAIM team is launching the new Empowering Your Data Story usage campaign to celebrate schools. Each month, we will highlight schools that go above and beyond with high and consistent usage in Power BI and the MSCS Compass to monitor progress and support data driven decision making. Report Updates:
- State Chronically Out of School rates for 2024-2025 school year and AMO targets are available. You will find them in the District 360 dashboard. See the user guide here.
- Fall Panorama results are available. You can find it in the Surveys Dashboard. For more on the Panorama reports, click here.
- Quarter 2 Report Card grades are available in the Student Grades Dashboard. Grades data populates after Report Cards are distributed and grades are stored/finalized in PowerSchool. For more on the Student Grades reports, click here.
