Middle/K-8 Schools 26-27 Master Scheduling Training
Master Scheduling training with Middle & K-8 Schools' Master Scheduling Teams (Principals, Master Schedulers, Counselors, etc.) is scheduled for March 3 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and March 4 from noon to 3 p.m. These sessions will be held on Microsoft TEAMS. The invite is forthcoming. Only one session is required.

Elementary Schools 26-27 Master Scheduling Training

School Climate Survey – Revised Survey Window
The 2025-26 School Climate survey has been extended through March 31. Due to the two weeks of school closures during the winter storm, the State has extended the window for the School Climate Survey until March 31, 2026. For those of you who have made every effort to get parent consent for all students (grades 3-12), we thank you for your participation. If you have not yet been able to obtain an adequate sample, please take advantage of the additional time to encourage parents to provide consent for their students to complete the form and administer the survey to all students with consent or who are 18 years or older.
MSCS Compass Updates and New Releases

- As part of the monthly MSCS Compass Updates newsletter, the DAIM team will start publishing a new Empowering Your Data Story report to promote Power BI usage. This report will highlight schools that go above and beyond in their use of Power BI and the MSCS Compass. You can find more information about this campaign here.
- Updated data in the Digital Citizenship Completion Report will start populating next week. Click here for the user guide.
Report Updates:
- Updated ASVAB data for 2025-2026 is available in the High School Progress and Ready Graduates dashboards. Click here to see the High School Progress user guides. And click here to see the Ready Graduates user guide.
- Advanced Course Scheduling has been updated to include new student subgroup filtering in all reports and some reports have been modified to consolidate data tables. The “All Data” page has been renamed Raw Data, to keep consistent with other dashboards. A District Quick Report for aggregated metrics has been added. - The Tutoring: i-Ready Growth Tracking Report has been updated and is now available. Click here to see the user guide.
- The Third Grade Exemption Report in the Literacy Commitment Dashboard can be used to review students’ exemption status information. Click here to see the user guide.
- Updated School Performance Scorecard data is available in the School Snapshot and Feeder Pattern Dashboards. For the School Snapshot user guide, click here. For the Feeder Pattern user guide, click here.
- Data for the 5th 20-Day period is available in the Show Up for Greatness report. Click here to see the user guide for this report.
- State Chronically Out of School rates for 2024-2025 school year and AMO targets are available. You will find them in the District 360 dashboard. See the user guide here.
