Title I budget analysis meetings will begin in September. The monthly meetings are conducted to review each school’s spending trends, discuss planned uses for remaining funds, and address any questions related to the school’s Title I budget.

These meetings help ensure that Title I funds are spent in a timely manner and that the students for whom the funds are intended receive the maximum benefit.

PLCCs will receive additional information regarding their school’s budget analysis meeting directly from their Title I Advisor.

Federal Programs will continue to offer School Improvement Plan (SIP) work sessions to support school planning teams as they develop and finalize their SY2027–29 School Improvement Plans. These sessions provide opportunities for teams to collaborate with Federal Programs staff and receive guidance, feedback, and technical assistance throughout the planning process.

September work sessions will be offered through virtual open labs and one-on-one in-person sessions. In-person sessions are by request only. PLCCs will receive additional information regarding dates and times for open labs from their Title I Advisor.
