The Shelby County Schools Employee Handbook outlines the expected relationship between our valued team members and the District.  Ultimately it is our employees’ playbook to understand the District’s expectations and what they can expect as employees of SCS.

 

The handbook aligns with our Destination 2025 initiative and contains clear direction on the District’s mission, vision, and goals. Employee’s will find that the handbook is in a user-friendly format, and is organized by relevant topics such as conduct, benefits, and payroll, for easy access to information.  Updates to the handbook will be made as needed.
