Why: Representatives from the Mexican Consulate of Little Rock will visit Belle Forest Community School on Friday, March 28 at 1:30 p.m., to announce the opening of the Belle Forest Plaza Comunitaria. The Plaza Comunitaria is a resource center for Hispanic community members who would like to complete their educational process from elementary through middle school. This joint effort between Belle Forest and the Mexican government will be the first of its kind in Memphis and will serve individuals in Memphis and the surrounding areas.
