Shelby County Schools District is in compliance with the U.S. Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Title IX Educational Amendments of 1972, Park 86. The school district does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, age or disability in its programs and activities.
