Wells Station Elementary students gathered in the cafetorium for an exciting opportunity to learn about voting and civic responsibility. As part of an interactive mock voting activity, students were introduced to the election process and its significance in community decision-making.

Each student received a sample ballot, detailing various elected positions and their roles. With guidance, they learned about the responsibilities associated with each position, sparking curiosity and thoughtful questions. 

The atmosphere was filled with anticipation as students cast their votes, simulating a real-world experience and deepening their understanding of civic engagement.

The mock voting activity emphasized the importance of critical thinking and individual voice, encouraging students to recognize the impact of their choices within the community.
