MSCS to Host Live Public Auction of Surplus Equipment November 18

Memphis-Shelby County Schools (MSCS) will host a live public auction of surplus items on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 1364 and 1384 Farmville Road in Memphis. The event provides community members and businesses with an opportunity to purchase a variety of equipment and vehicles no longer in use by the District. By extending the life and purpose of these items, the sale supports sustainability efforts through reuse and waste reduction. It also offers local small businesses a cost-effective way to acquire quality tools and materials, helping them grow while keeping valuable resources in the community.

The auction will feature a wide range of items, including tractors, backhoes, skid-steer loaders, heavy machinery, cars, pickup trucks, box trucks, buses, and vans located at 1364 Farmville Road. In addition, the 1384 Farmville Road site will offer commercial kitchen and sewing equipment, shop and auto mechanic tools, appliances, exercise equipment, and driving simulators.

Interested bidders can inspect items in advance during the display and inspection period on Friday, November 14, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at both Farmville Road addresses.
