Professional School Counselors evaluate students who are at least two (2) years over age for grade. The evaluation should be submitted within the first 20-days of the new school year for consideration to an age-appropriate grade level. After the first 20-days, all assessment requests are reviewed by the Office of Student Enrollment in collaboration with Counseling Managers.
